In some ways, I think we deserve it. We haven't exactly been the best run franchise for quite a few years now.

Anyways I don't care what the press says anymore. Look at how they blew up the Pats before the SB and blasted them after they lost. They ride the who's winning now bandwagon like they always have. It's always been that way.

I guess my point is that this crap doesn't bother me like it use to. They are gonna say what they want.

Hell if the Phins started winning, they would be the first ones on the bandwagon.

I think he was using the Dolphins in his joke because, although it's not pleasant to recall it, they had the worst record in the NFL last season and are going to be the team everybody uses when making a joke about the worst team in the league. It's what any 1-15 team can expect and hopefully they can use this sort of thing as motivation to get better (Not that highly paid sportsmen should need any extra motivation to stop being bad at their job).
