Miami won at Carolina, 13-9, on November 15th, 1998, at home on November 4th, 2001, by a 23-9 score, at home again on September 25th, 2005 by a 27-24 score and at Carolina on November 19th, 2009 by the score of 24-17. History is on the Dolphins’ side, but the players are not relying on that, including Denney, who was on the field for two of those wins in 2005 and 2009.

“Whatever our previous record was, it’s kind of like a roulette wheel, black and red,” Denney said. “You can’t play off of previous results. This is a whole new game, all new players and you can’t go off of previous records to determine what you do.”

They are the only team in the NFL that hasn't beat the Dolphins yet. We are their TEXANS! Please keep the JINX and streak alive.

We match up poorly with them IMO, so I fully expect them to break that distinction on Sunday.

I'm not even sure how we will keep it close. The Panthers have a strong running game and a mobile QB, both things that the Dolphins have struggled with. They have an elite defensive line and we have a terrible offensive line. I don't know how we're going to score more points than they are. I just don't.

Our best shot is to come out fired up and playing our best game, while Carolina comes out flat and Newton turns the ball over a few times.

Well if there were ever a scenario in which they`d have a good chance of coming out flat, this is it... Huge MNF win against a good team then go out on the road to what might look like a gimme after such a big game...

Impotent running game and a predictable short passing game with limited YAC isn't going to cut it this week.

But that's exactly what we're gonna get.

Trap game for Carolina. The winning streak ends in Miami.

With our O line having problems finally sherman has Tannehill on the move. I think we should have been doing that all along.
Wallace breaks lose deep and a Ryan on the move finds him for 6..The curse of under thrown balls is finally lifted. The sell out crowd goes crazy

If I keep predicting a big game for Wallace eventually i'll be right.

we win....just like that bears game back in 04 or 05 when they were unstoppable.....nobody gave us a chance

The bears game was 85. And recent bears game was 06. Miami has always played the panthers hard. Hope we pull this out.

A trap game?

Their next game is against the Bucs lol...

They are on a one game at a time thing...Ever since their head coach started to gamble again...He was conservative and now is a riverboat gambler...

We have never lost to them, but we never played a Panther team this good. IMO, this is the toughest game we see all season.
We can win, but its highly unlikely.
