http://www.miamiherald.com/1191/story/189085.html • After a morning practice with almost no contact and limited team drills, the Dolphins turned it up a bit during the evening workout. It was the first time the team has practiced under the lights this training camp, and there was much more focus on passing.
• On one run around the outside, safety Renaldo Hill laid a hit on running back Ronnie Brown that isn't often seen during training camp. It was particularly surprising considering the rest of the day had yielded very little contact. Brown popped up quickly after the tackle, but the shot definitely drew a pretty loud gasp from the crowd.
• While the team was going through an 11-on-11 running drill at one end of the field, two quarterbacks at a time conducted a 20-yard passing drill at the other end. With one-on-one coverage and no linemen, Beck looked particularly impressive on multiple throws.
• Beck threw a 20-yard dart into the end zone to Ginn, which was the second nice connection between the two during the day. In the morning session, Beck also hit Ginn on a 50-yard bomb with double coverage
