He says in his postgame that he went to Daunte and Daunte said he didn't feel like he was ready to play today so he got Marcus Vick ready to play at QB?

WTF Marcus Vick wasn't even on the active roster was he?

This guy is just lost and confused, he must have taken Ricky's stash in an attempt to keep him from violating and started smoking it when Ricky got suspended anyway!

Our Head Coach is a laughing stock folks :lol:
 
Vick yes was promoted to the 53 roster...and he obviously would have been the number 3 then
 
Ya, but wasn't he inactive for today's game? I thought I saw where he was inactive today.

By rule, a player on the inactive list MAY play in the game. However, if Vick entered as the quarterback, both Harrington and Lemon would not be allowed on the field for the rest of the game.

Vick suited up today.
 
Every team's 3rd QB is listed as an inactive so teams can prepare 45 guys for the game roster. The 3rd QB is emergency only, if you play him say in the first quarter, and Joey and Cleo are listed as 1 and 2, only he, Vick, can play QB again until the 4th by NFL rule. If he were to get hurt, someone else would take over, which in our case is Marty Booker.

I never heard of that rule. Where did you see that rule? I thought when you were inactive for a game, you couldn't play. I didn't even think they suited up.
 
Vick was inactive, but suited & declared the "emergancy" QB.

This is the reason why he didn't play any WR or special teams...

It is the rule. I don't need to look it up, because I know this to be fact. If you don't believe me, I bet if you google it, you will find this to be true.

I'm pretty sure Vick was on the active roster. He was activated a week or so ago. Unless he was taken off in the last day or two, he was on the roster as our 3rd QB.

We know he was promoted to the active roster, but I was just saying he was on the inactive list for today's game.
