Wow this stinks.

I have dedicated my Sunday's for 20+ years to this team, and I will continue to support them no matter what (especially at home in my seat in section 129). However, do any of you feel "different" when watching this year's team.

Somehow I don't feel the enthusiasm I have in the past (especially pre-game, tailgating, etc.) and then I figured maybe it's because I have never believed we were out of contention so early in a season. I am usually a "glass is half full" type of guy, but......I have to be realistic here. Last week the Jets absolutely destroyed this defense. Curtis Martin, right after he cashed his social security check, rushed for almost 200 yards against these guys?!?

And Gordon had how many? In his defense, de he even have a CHANCE on half of his runs? The DL and LB were going through his pockets before he had the handoff!!!

Man, it is going to be a long fall and winter it looks like. And you know what, I wouldn't care so much if I thought we MIGHT be on the right track to becoming a SB contender again. But with this coach I just don't believe it.

Completely agree......I've sat through ONE under .500 season in 20 years. Amazing when you look back isn't it?
 
I feel you, Im so confused right now, dont know whats going on. I feel like if my wife cheated on me. it really blows. but ill be at the games. 8 year season ticket holder.:confused:
 
Well I guess now all those idiots who say "Id rather suck for a couple years and rebuild than win 10 games every season" will get their wish.

Just wanted to say for the record I am definitely NOT one of those people....even if we do end up sucking like we have never sucked before what guarantee is that that these idiots in the front office would pick the right guy anyways?

Wannstedt and his crew have put a damper on our franchise. There is too much good history and winning to let this guy ruin our reputation further.

We need to start from ground zero. Revamp the coaching staff, then draft a young top 5 overall QB.

Actually, because I have reserved myself that this team would suck this year, its been a hell of a lot better then any other year. Not once have I yelled at the TV. I haven't gotten ticked at the play selection, and I have been able to watch football sober and actually get a good laugh.
 
At least we dont jump to new teams when times are tough like all the Douchebags I work with!
 
wanny ruined the bears and now us....why in the hell did we bring him in as coach??? he was never successful and thanks to jimmy johnson who was wanny's homeboy this is where we stand...thanks to jimmy for causing marino's retirement to be sour....wanny has to go
 
This franchise isn't ruined it just will suck til we get a new HC.The players don't agree or believe in wanny anymore.When this happens he has to go and there is no doubt in my mind Wayne will give him the boot.I tink AJ will be fine with a decent O line but we still need to draft a QB this coming draft and a stud RB.We have depth at Def. except for the DT position but other than that we are OK.
Next year we will take the East much like the Bucs did when Gruden came in as coach.

Idiots? It's because of you selfish fans who would rather see the team go 10-6 rather than rebuild for the future, that keeps this front office more than happy to put a mediocre product on the field.
