1st let me start off and say im sorry to see Zach go but we waited 1 year to long imo. We could of already had Patrick Willis. lets move on what about these guys possible...Dan Connor from penn st. is listed 6'3 he is and is a tackling machine even had 6 sacks last season. Johnathan Goff from vandy is also a great choice at a even 6'4 113 tack. to go with 3 sacks and 2 picks and my personal favorite Curtis Lofton from Oklahoma i know he is small at 6'0 but this guy a is a player, he had 157 tackles this year..i love him and want him. I know he is small but didnt the so called experts say that about Zach and look how he turned out.

Conner would be great at 32, but I don't know if I'd take him over any of the tackles that should be available there and rated highly.

Or Demeco Ryans for that matter, he was considered small and also slow..

I'd love to have Goff. I think Connor will be gone by 32. We could likely get Goff with 2B or even our 3rd if we're lucky.

I think Connor might be better suited at WLB in the pros. I'd say that Curtis Lofton and Phillip Wheeler go right to the front of the queue, depending on where they envisage Crowder.

i guess in my mind, the right question is.''is there a mlb that you guys see thats worth taking to replace zach?''

2009=rey maualuga cmon down

i know. i know. waaaayyyyyy to early.

I like Jerod Mayo from Tennesse at 2b...

below is from nfl draft scout:

Led Vols with 10 tackles, including one TFL, in season-opener against California ... Finished with three tackles and had first career forced fumble against Southern Miss ... i love how aggressive and fast Lofton plays, but he also plays under control. he sheds blockers pretty well, and it seems like he has good instincts reading and a good tackler.... whats your thoughts overall on him... i think he would be my hopeful snag.

maybe beau bell with our 2b or ezra butler with our 4th

You beat me to it. Beau Bell is a master of film study and that's exactly the kind of guy I want playing middle linebacker. (Same as QB which is what we have with John Beck. :up:)

J lehman from Illinios could be a late round steal maybe the 6th round, he's 6'2 237 and in his his last two seasons starting at MLB he had 284 tackles, 29.5 TFL, and 6.5 sacks he's not a physical beast but makes plays all over the field, good special teamer
