...since Gronk got injured the same manner as Dustin Keller, the league has been talking about making changes. That's all it takes? A New England player to be hit in the kneel? Keller injury was more horrific and so blatant.

Look what Kraft and Goodell talk about while they have "tickle time" is none of our business.

On a serious note, this is what needed to happen in order for the NFL to review the rules.

I've said it for some time, NFL will end up going to Rugby tackle rules eventually. No hits below the lower thigh (basically knee shots) and no hits above the shoulders. In addition, tackler must attempt to "wrap-up" ball carrier (No spearing or just dropping a shoulder on someone).

I would have no problem with that......not many D players look like the know how to make a real "form" tackle anymore.

In other words sound fundamental practices.

Low hits on Brady and other are a direct result from high hits on Brady…the NFL ladies and gentlemen.

thats the way it should be... i played football from age 5 to 18 and when i first started playing pee wee football they instilled form tackling... the lower man wins, but never said take the guys knees out, it was always about form tackling.... where did technique go since then? id like to know
