Soliai resigns eating up a whole load of cap room.

Do we even have enough cap space for Manning or Flynn?

Is Matt Moore the guy and we retool our WR core in the draft?

I am struggling to understand the gameplan here...

Cap space can be made. If we need to make room, Bell wil be gone, and Long/Dansby will be restructured. If we really want one of those QBs, room can be made. Otherwise, we'll stick with Moore.

This is like a mystery TV Show...

Not a bad deal at all for us! Jason La Canfora ‏ @JasonLaCanfora Close Paul Soliai's 2year deal in MIA includes $12M in new money and when coupled with '11 franchise tag totals $24M/3yrs w/$18M guar #freeagency

Paul probably felt bad about the ton of $ we gave him last year.
I'd like to see Langford back also at a reduced rate.

I'm still waiting on a Bell cut/restructure, Long restructure/extend and Dansby restructure/extend to help w/ cap space.

IMO it looks like we are quietly shifting from a win now mentality to a rebuilding mentality. With Marshall and our defense, we could have signed Manning and improved our OL with either a couple of FA's or draft picks. Now with Manning most likely not coming, Marshall gone, and rumor has it we are shopping Smith, it looks like we may be rebuilding by drafting Tannehill with our first pick and letting him sit behind Moore for a year as well as perhaps drafting some OL and maybe a WR or two. Just my assessment.

I am sure will have the cash to sign Flynn if Manning signs elsewhere. Had we signed Manning, and I doubt we will, we would not have been able to sign any other free agent.
