We could have him at a discount. Ronnie would have the assurance of an extension and we would keep our best player.

Ronnie is a rare talent. He's not just another great back. He's more than that. He's the only one who can run the wild cat effectively, and I love his attitude on the field. He's the ultimate team player. I think Parcells appreciates this.

I wouldn't be surprised if we signed Ronnie to an extension before the end of the season.

I don't think there's an agent in the world that would let a star player sign just a week after a season ending injury. Just my thought.

I wouldn't sign anyone who is "injured for the rest of the season," to any extension. Sorry, I love Ronnie but he has now suffered two season ending injuries.

I disagree....We could end up making the same mistake the Saints did.Yes,Reggie is a bust, but had they known Pierre Thomas was a stud, they wouldnt have drafted Reggie in the first place. We have the opportunity to play god,and oversee the playings of Hilliard and Sheets.Whos to say we give Ronnie a big contract, and we find throughout the season that Sheets or Hilliard are flowers waiting to bloom.Besides,Ronnies currently in his prime at 27 yrs. old,and this team isnt going anywhere for at least another two years. And yet,he still is nowhere to be found in the middle of the season back,to back,to back. And now has been on IR the last 2 of 3 years.

To impulsive.Lets see what Lex and Kory can do first.....

As much as it pains me I had to thank you.

Sign him then trade him for A. Boldin. Then maybe Mark Ingram enters the draft and we draft him! Wishful thinking!
