that we are. They released a statement a while back saying that they will be changing them because it is to hard to distinguish numbers like 6 and 8 and the tv announcers were always getting the numbers wrong. It wont be that big of a deal just the border i think.

wow...that jersey from ebay isn't even close. 1) they haven't released authentic joey porter jerseys yet. 2) they haven't released the new number scheme...which is just going to be thinning the dark blue line. it doesn't involve font, colors, or alignment, just the width of the dark blue outline. 3) wow. thats just an awful attempt at an authentic jersey

I could be wrong, but I thought I recall reading that in addition to the thinning of the shadow they were considering changing the font a bit, although probably nothing drastic.
