I know the O-line sucked sunday night but dont you guys think Feely could have stepped up in the pocket on some of those plays?and iam not defending feidler because i think we need to stay with AJ from here on out,Jay did us nothing when he was in there.Just wanna get your :confused: thoughts.

What I was wondering as I was watching the game on Sunday night is, after you miss the block on the guy in front of you as an offensive lineman where do you go???? these guys were missing blocks and totally dissapearing. Where the effort to get back in there?????

you need all 5 linemen to do their jobs in order to form a workable pocket. im not sure even 1 time did that happen sunday night. i think our problem extends beyond LT and includes center and right guard as well.

No doubt zach, i noticed it too. ya know, the greatest thing about marino that noone ever knew was that marino stepped up in that pocket and dissed alot of DE's like bruce smith just by doing that. He even had this little juke step to the side and make people miss.

BS. the front three gave him room in front alot of times. Feeley was not stepping up in the pocket alot of times. sometimes he did. other times he did not. If i know my left Tackle sucks, i start to move up that pocket a little faster.

when the pocket did develop(i.e after Randy tore into the line, feeley did start moving up. but Whitely and McKinney did horrible, as did St. Clair and Smith. Even your boy Jay Fiedler would have trouble behind that. Especially since unlike last year, this o-line doesn't even block where last year they couldn't move the pile.
