HOW WILL BE THE BETTER RB CEDRIC BENSON OR RONNIE BROWN AND WHY? BE OBJECTIVE IN YOUR REPLY!!!!!!!!
 
I think Ronnie will be and this has been hashed out in many a thread before the draft. In the simplest of answers, Ronnie is a more complete back.
 
I think Cedric will have better numbers this season simply because Chicago's offense is much more run oriented (especially now that their QB is out). Benson was the best between the tackles runner in the draft.

Having said that, I'd rather have Ronnie on our team. While he's not as good between the tackles as Benson is, he's better at everything else and a much more complete back. He's a better fit for Linehan's offense. If we were still playing Wannyball (god forbid :barf: ) then Benson would've been the better choice.

This is just my opinion of course.
 
Ronnie will be the better all around back in the NFL, please tell me you have seen him in the slot reciever position at auburn... no wonder they said he had the best hands in the Draft, and i believe he is a power runner with enough finesse to be a typical 1300yd back and maybe even more but with ricky in the huddle also that seems unlikely, Now Cedric is going to be a beast at running the ball power style, i dont know about recieving but this kid can run. Watch out in a couple years if they have an oline hell be a 2000 yd back i guarantee.... Just look at te product coming out of that school.

Now those were some proven runners (Elite) now its time for Cedric to carry the torch, but id rather have ronnie as an all around type back since we already have a bruiser in smokey williams. Ronnie can pick up the blitz like The edge catch out of the backfiled like faulk and run pretty dam good, i have never seen a running back at 240 that runs a 4.38, theres plays where theyll do a fake handoff to ronnie and then cambell will bomb it down field and whos cathcing it... thats right ronnies was the reciever he is a beast!!!
 
oh to the guy that said ronnie was a back up his whole life what do you think Priest Holmes was in College, he seems to be doing fine, check ur facts
 
cedric will be worn out in a few years, he was way over worked at texas. hes no where as quick or as fast as ronnie nor as powerful. ronnies imo will be a mix of jamal lewis and ladainian tomlinson.
 
I believe they will both be pretty good, but I like Ronnie's attitude better. I think he has an attitude that will be more beneficial toward his long term success, while Cedric has the kind of attitude where you'll see a rain cloud hanging over his head wherever he goes. Never his fault, always circumstances, he'll tell you...
