Observations after the game

Quix, I don't know how you can puff up Manuel. He had one of the most simplistic gameplans I've seen.

He has superior talent all around him. I mean superior. And the stuff he was asked to do was so simple. None of the game was on his shoulders. When he was asked to do more difficult reads/passes, it usually sucked.

Tannehill had more difficult responsibilities on one drive than Manuel did the entire game. With immensely less superior supporting cast.

I like the way the Bills have built their team. There's a lot of high end talent there. You should be excited about the future. Unfortunately, much like our team, I don't think either of our QB situations are solved.

Quix..... Get the **** out of here. Don't come here talking **** after a win. Show some class you clown.

Meh. Bills always blow their wad early and don't have anything left for the rest of the year. I remember back in 2011 when Fitzpatrick led them to 3-0 and they ended up 6-10 at the end of the season and we all see what has happened to Fitzpatrick since then. Manuel sucks and was missing open receivers all day.

Don't take this as a Bills suck Dolphins are great post because after yesterday I don't think the Dolphins are very good either. It's just gotten tiring over the year seeing Bills fans getting overconfident on this forum after a fast start.

I knew this was going to be a tough game going in. Buffalo has a nice young developing squad. You guys won the game in the trenches. Next game, we have to figure out a way to pressure Manuel. Also our o-line has to perform better next time; I'm hoping Mike Pouncey and Billy Turner will be the additions we need to correct that problem.

Perfect storm for buffalo

Energy in stadium
Phins lose Moreno early
Phins out coached emotionally caught off guard after winning their SB last Sunday
Dolphins have what 5 regulars out on defence and Starks gutting it out on one wheel

Bottom line - don't confuse the two seasons - last year is last year - all you have won is homefield advantage

You have the better playmakers on O - and they got loose

Your Dline is in our heads ~ but the season is far from over

I expected a loss tbh - because Philbin is well... Unable to coach up a team coming off highs

Observations from the game, in no particular order.

1) Every Dolphins fan I met was very cool and not obnoxious. Super appreciated.

2) Tannehill is Buffalo's you know what (the word starts with a B). Be just plays like garbage every single time he plays us. It kinda defies the odds.

3) The Miami Defensive Line is darn good. The Bills is better. While Miami's did well against the run for most of the game, they simply couldn't seem to put much pressure on EJ. The Bills d line terrorized Tannehill for most of the game, and shut down the run.

4) I heard all week about how garbage EJ Manuel is. Well, maybe he is. But today he outplayed Tannehill by a billion and looked pretty good just in general.

5) Your WR's couldn't seem to hang on to the ball in the 4th quarter. That long bomb with about 5 minutes left was a good throw by Tannehill.

6) Dolphins have now been outscored 48-10 by the Bills in the last 8 quarters. Maybe dolphin fans will start to give the Bills some respect. Probably not.

Either way, good game. I had fun talking to you all this week. See you guys later this season!

I give the Bills a ton of respect.

1) Damn the D is super fast and scary.

2) You're going to surprise a lot of teams this year.

3) EJ is not as bad as I thought. Props to him thus far.

Ps. Every time I go to a Bills vs. Fins game in Miami, the Bills fans are always very pleasant. By far, the most tolerable fans in the division.

Pretty much agree with everything although your QB situation is just as up in the air as ours. I've seen EJ look decent at times and god awful at times... sounds eerily familiar .

You might be right.

The only difference I can say is that the 2011 Bills were outgunning people (on offense). The 2014 Bills are punishing people on defense.

This Bills team is decent, but if they had a better QB, they would have hung 60 points on Miami. I'd be concerned on keeping a lead later in the season, because EJ isn't going to be able to lead you back.

You could have something in EJ, I've always been impressed with his poise. That comeback against the Panthers was a good sign. One thing that rubbed me the wrong with him though was him shushing the crowd at Chicago after his TD, was kind of douchey if you ask me.

Watkins is looking like he was worth the price you paid to move, he's a ****ing beast and I'm sure that won't be the last time him and Spiller ruin games for us.
