We have major coaching issues but then again I may have to give them a pass on this game. I always say if you're a betting man, never bet on a Miami Jet game no matter what! Watching these games since the late 70s and they are always decided by a higher power from up above. They are unique to say the least. It was an ugly one but every good team has to win ugly one's.

I don't blame THill, not much room, heavy pressure, hit hard but he hung in there. But did not see some open WRs, that happens in certain games.

We need to run Miller more.

We need to feature Sims more. Clay is just too small.

If we make the playoffs we don't go far, Oline is cooked.

Coyle is just not good. I don't pretend to be a coordinator but he's too slow with adjustments.

Tackling is piss poor and has been since the preseason.

Dominant play by Wake but he's invisible in big spots. Someone else (Vernon) has to step up. We are definitely in the market for another DE in the draft being Wake is in his mid 30s

I feel this is a good game for THill to learn something.

If lose against the Ravens, whoa that NE game will be THE GAME and season.

I'm too spent to continue, good night guys

Beating the Ravens and the Patriots are achievable.
I agree about Coyle. The Jets ran for 200 yards before he stacked the box?
Why not use a 5-2 alignment. He didn't adjust at all. Pure stubbornness.
Baltimore will run the ball and they have a QB that can hit the deep ball.
Vernon and Wake need to redeem themselves next week.

Good post...a win is a win....division rivalrys can produce wierd outcomes.

You think the 72' didn't have some close calls and ugly wins?

A sign of a good team is when playing like dog**** they still come away with the W. Division game, gashed on the ground, made halftime adjustments, and pulled out the W. I'll take it.

I felt that our first half gameplan was bad on both sides of the ball. We did not run the ball AT ALL and we did not seem prepared for the Jets to run it down our throat.

Tannehill wasnt as bad as some of the dumber posters on this website would have you think.

Grading him like a school report card, I would give him a C- for the night. He was not the biggest problem with the team tonight, but he wasn't part of the solution outside of one drive. That isn't good enough.

That said, let's save the bashing for next week, folks.

Good summary. One point that really stands out to me is the poor tackling. This seems to be getting worse.

division foes are all bets off, just ask KC about the Faiders

Credit to Rex he gave the phins a tough one with great scheme and putting our best units to rest. Coyle defends the pass first and foremost, the league has learned a lot from the Denver game he needs to adjust I think every team will try to run on us now.
