Well....he is a Dolphin now...so he is one of us....give the kid a chance...he doesn't have to start next year..so he has time to grow.
It was time for Miami to finally invest a first rounder in a QB..
Let's let it play out before we judge this move.

But the question is were they objective with their decision making. If the boss says we need a quarterback and Tannehill is really the only one that is within reach and could put people in seats, does the extra information you have about him really make a dramatic difference?

Boss said we NEEDED manning and flynn .. its not foolish to think there would have been an option in the second .. i think this one pans out .. Philbin is predictable .. its like clock work .. Get a GOOD QB .. sit him the first year or so .. let him develop .. play the kid when he's ready .. see ROGERS and FLYNN
