OC, DC, HC all over 50 years old.

I think the "young" Don Shula reference was taken far too literally. Who were supposed to hire? Lane Kiffin? There would've been a mutiny.

50 is the perfect age. Young enough that he can serve for many years. Old enough to command the respect of players.

It's going to feel damn good going into every game knowing that we will be well coached, won't get embarrassed on national tv, and have solid game plans. Tony & Cam were clowns and Saban didn't want to be here...finally, we may have men and their families that want to build this thing back up solid. I wanted younger coaches as well but these coaches look solid.

If we get a QB in here that stadium is going to rock next year.
 
Having cordinators at their age will almost asure they stay in Miami and don't get poached by another team. At least for the most part.
 
We should get some Shula DNA and cyro freeze it. You never know if we will need a copy down the road.
 
Most successful organizations are run by twenty year olds.
Please look around the whole world is run by 50 + guys except the manager at Burger King
