Ginn is an underachiver, but so are most of the Dolphin starters. When THE TUNA showed up and started firing people left and right he struck fear in the rest of the crew.

NOW, everyone is back to relaxing, doing half-*** work and collecting a check. Its the American way right?

Since the Marino era ended the Dolphins seem to play not to lose. What is the offensive coordinator being paid for? The Wildcat is a gimmick play that they use over and over. Its effective, but damn thats not the answer. Open up the offense. Every team the Fins play stack the box. Why? Because they know all the QB is going to do is dink-and-dunk for 5/10 yards.

Oh noez, they threw it to Ginn and he dropped it. What next? Send in the savior play, Ronnie Brown wildcat to the left. Oh noez, he only got 5 yards. What now? Send the QB back out there and hope he can get the first down.

Ginn - TURN UP FIELD and gain yards! Quit falling down after the catch and running out of bounds. Who do you think you are Marvin Harrison? Dont kid yourself.

Horrible all around.

Do you see how the Colts open games?
Do you see how the Chargers/Saints/BENGALS start games?

Its foolish to continue trying to keep the other team off the field, while settling for field goals. Watching the clock wind down to call timeout just to kick a field goal with 5 minutes left in the 4th.

Heads should roll... G. Wilson, Ginn and Crowder at the top of the list.

*For those who think Crowder is good, this dude has you snowed.

Put anyone in the middle and tell them to run in circles - They'd run into someone eventually. Our whole LB core are not students of the game. The safety should NEVER lead the team in tackles.

Thats it for now... Debate me if you wish, I'll be back to reply.

I don't disagree with anything but we're stuck with Crowder. I dont care enough to check the guarantees given to Gibril Wilson/Crowder but I'm guessing we're stuck with both. Chalk it up to some poor personnel decisions. Besides S.Smith and V.Davis this off-season was one huge f up.

Jake Grove has turned it on.

at least theres 1 postive out of this. ginn>quinn. even though ginn is a bust. at least he isn't as bad as quinn.

I dont know... the Wildcat was a big part of there longest drive of the game, than Chad-ronnie exchange was fumbled. i think they should of ran it more.. ronnie had 50 yards rushing the first quarter and ended the game with 75 yards =/

Your sig is so bad *** only if we had a someone that could do that.

Quinn's been held down by one Belichick make-believe after another - from Weis, to Crennel, to Mangini.

If his career had taken a better path, perhaps he wouldn't appear as bad as he is. Aaaron Rodgers for example.

Back to the topic - Ginn is utterly frustrating. To think that every year one college player stands out as an elite playmaker - Bush, Hester, DeSean Jackson, Harvin, Ginn and we wind up with the one whose skills DON'T translate. It's stupefying.

You saying Bush has stood out? He's an even bigger bust than Ginn. Way bigger. He was projected to go 1st and he's nothing more than a 3rd down back. Put Ginn in the Saints offense and I promise ya even he would be making huge plays. I'm not going to pretend Ginn is a great WR but to think this Fins offense doesnt hold him back some is delusional. Ginns capable of being a solid #2 downfield threat if given the opportunity.

First of all they don't need to go ..... only get benched.
I think there was an error to put both Wilson and Bell at the same time on the field, none of them is a true cover safety, we need one and we might have one on Culver, so I agree to bench Wilson and start Culver, secondly i think that even tough Crowder is not a playmaker he is a solid tackler that would be benefited if we had a good solif ILB to help him on coverage, I think we should try somebody to do the things Crowder is asigned to do an put Crowder on a easier role, I mean bench Ayodele, put Crowder in his place and give the oportunity to Torbor, or some free agent to play in his place. Ayodele is the one really missing everything. Then I totally agree on Ginn Jr. I is enough, it is sick to see a player playing like a girl or a kid, who is scared of every safety and CB he faces, he should play flag football and let the game of men that is NFL be played by someone with "Cajunes" like little warrior Bess. I think we should bench Ginn Jr. and use him only on return duties and on special plays that feature speed, but thats it, he has horrible hands, route running and catch technique. Now, I am still concerned with Jake Long, maybe he is a solid RT but I think he will struggle at LT this year, hope he improves drastically.

I admire Pennington like I admired Jay Fiedler, both of them were warriors, players that didn't lack any heart and examples for the rest of the team, bad thing is both of them had just limited skills, Fiedler beeing more limited. Now I think it is time to find if we finally have that talented QB we are missing since the great one left us. (Marino)

On a positive side we are number 3 rush offense on the entire NFL and number 3 run defense on the entire NFL, I am pretty sure we must be also one of the best team in time of posession. This is what great teams do. If Henne turns out to be a solid passing threat, not great, just solid and keeping defenses deep, I guarantee you we will win against top teams like the Jets, Patriots and Saints, despite our pass defense. The thing we must do to be consistent and help Henne to get easier win (because non of them is going to be easy) is to continue playing the way we are, but taka care of the ball. (no turnovers) and dominate the RedZone.

I agree on Bush, Pierre Thomas made Bush expendable. In the case of Ginn, you have to be willing to get HIT in order to be a big player maker. I dont know what Ginn works on in the off season, because he sure as hell aint in the weight room. Running fast does not equal good. A combination of good hands, strength and speed = good. Not to mention his lack of heart.

Like posted above, rookie does not equal mediocre play. Look at P. Harvin... The Vikings needed a WR, brought him in, put in plays for him and he is producing. (Yes, he is on my fantasy team too)

The Dolphins needs a WR. brought in Ginn, put in plays for him and Zzzzzzzz.

Its partly on management locking up all that money on unproven rookies. (Insert JaMarcus Russell joke)

I've been a Ginn supporter but even I can't deny the guy is a vag. He has been improving from year to year though and until recently his hands were good. We'll see if his hands continue to be a problem or not but I still believe he has big play potential. He has a lot of work to do but he's not completely worthless like some people like to think. He's shown good hands in the past and he can run by CB's. We'll see if Henne can hit him deep. I'm not ready to give up on him but I am furious that he's such a vag.

Nice.

However, this is the NFL. This is where the elite players play right? Your argument for Crowder sounded more like an excuse. Give him something easier to do? Whats that? He is being paid to be a LB...

I like Bess also, he really tries to make a play every time he touches it.

Pennington? He was a safe QB. I was always under the impression that the QB was the LEADER of the offense. I feel its impossible to be bland and boring and still be able to motivate your teammates. Almost like listen to a monotone professor. Break out the NoDose.

Fielder? He hurt so many WRs with his high throws... Just lead them right into a nasty hit over and over.

Dolphins need to stop babying the QB position. Let them PLAY, if he makes mistakes - Hopefully he will learn from it. I dont see the Jets dumbing down their offense for Sanchez.

i told you guys Crowder sucked *** you guys BASHED me for it.
now you see it and say he sucks?
Don't say i didnt warn u guys that he sucked ***
