Does anyone still believe Chad Johnson is a viable option to be picked up this offseason?

I think the Bengals are gonna resign T.J. Hooshmasooley. I think we could steal Chad for a 3rd or 2nd round pick.

I would be hard pressed to give them a second rounder for him because he was injured last year but if they accepted a third, I think we would be dumb to not give him a shot.

If he were to comeback from his injuries to play like he did before, he would be our best offensive player.

Its just a thought and I'm in class so don't be so crazy about the idea.

:lol2:

Hell No!!!!!!!

I think WR is the last position we need to be worried about.

For a 3rd round pick I agree that Chad Johnson would be a steal.... for someone else. I don't think this regime will be trading picks for anyone. Holes will be filled via free agency and the draft.

We'll when you only dress 3 WRs in a playoff game, its something to worry about imo...

Skill players will happen with time. You can't rush things and go out and trade for has been's. That's not the way good organizations build.

There are plenty of WRs to sign. Don't need to break the bank and give up draft picks for an older WR.

wow why wouldn't you want Chad to come to Miami.....be serious. The guy just wants to win and be on a team that's committed to winning.

A has been? lmao that's a good one.

Really, behind left tackle and QB?

We need to bring in a starting calibre WR. Haven't you seen Parcell's comments about our offense needing players?

Chad would be a bad fit here though. Our coaching style and team style is all about the 'team' first. He might be a good fit in Jacksonville or TN.

I think the team would have to have a STRONG head coach to make him behave.

Dont get me wrong I agree we shouldnt break the bank or anything. But WR is a need and Iwas just pointing that out. And out of those 3 active receivers for the game, 2 are undrafted players so we do need to add fire power to that unit.

The guy didn't even reach 600 yards last season. Even with injuries, he had a terrible year. I might have been for a trade last offseason, but I think his production is only going lower from now.

If Chad Johnson comes to Miami, I guarentee he'd be a good fit.

Chad Johnson is nothing but a big pain in the ***. No way I want that guy anywhere near the Dolphins. He is washed up anyway.
