Chad sounds pretty darn legit at working hard, and staying low on the spot light level. You can tell he has been extremely humbled and looking to get back to being a WO ready to make some plays. Garrard made some interesting comments to about him Catching balls, Diving Catches, and jumping over DB's to get the ball.

It sounds great, I hope this gets translated onto the field.
