Ochocinco and Haynesworth practicing. Why can't Bush?

Sorry to start a thread about this, but I was on SI.com and saw photos of Ochocinco and Haynesworth in pads practicing. How come they can but Bush (and reportedly other traded players) aren't allowed to practice for a couple more days?

They were traded but were not required to re-do their deals or sign extensions. Bush re-did his contract to lower his cap number.

Actually, I saw on NFL Network that Ocho DID re-do his contract with the pats so I was wondering the same thing.

Maybe they are wrong. Maybe he hasn't signed the new contract yet. Maybe the Patriots don't care and will pay the fine. Maybe they can wear pads but not practice with the team. Who knows. There are no conspiracies here.

They are wrong, Ochocinco did not re-do his contract. If he did, they are in violation of the rules.

All these media outlets have been off on so many things it isn't even funny.
