Odds makers have Fins favored to win SB

Pittsburgh, maybe KC, maybe Colts. Pats have crap at RB, smurfs at receiver, they don't belong near the top of the heap in the AFC.

I do agree.. but KC is not better than the Pats and the Colts may be.. The Steelers are as well better than the Pats.. Forgot about them..

None of this means anything at all. We have to win the games out on the field. We know we have talent but we can't win just with talent on paper. We're all hoping that we'll do it this year at last.

Ozzy rules!!!

Sorry to say but odds don't mean anything. We were like 5-1, or 3-1 l;ast year and oyu kno what happened.

On the other message board I speak at, this guy just got back from Vegas to place money on the Phins and discovered that they were actually the favorites to win the Super Bowl. They are now favored 4-1 to win the Super Bowl and 2-1 to win the AFC. This is as of this weekend.

Any mention of what book is offering that line?

In a quick scan of the net sports books, Miami's odds are between 10 and 16 to one and are no better than 3d behind TB and PHI.

Miami had enough talent to win the SB last year. Until they show they can win onthe road in December, they don't deserve to be the favorites...

that is the same problem tampa bay had until last year.

it means something. it means alot of people are putting their money on the fins cus it is probably the best deal for the odds. therefore, vegas sees that and they have to start changing the odds.

Hey Robert, where did you get that Jets SUCKS shirt?

Haha, it's not my shirt, I wish it were! This picture was in the Sun-Sentinel game photos after the Jets game last season.

If anyone knows where I can get the shirt, tell me!

again.. i will remind everyone.. vegas odds merely reflect what the pulic is betting on.. and the public always loses.. that is why the lights are so bright and shiny in vegas, baby.

everyone knows this, but it is our team who is FINALLY being recognized! We might get some respect!

I bet you wouldn't have made that comment had it been the bills who were expected to win it all!

I think Hank was mentioning the odds to win the AFC by the way.

Yes, so why did everyone skip over this ?

We are not favored to win

We are behind

Philly, Raiders, Rams, Steelers, Bucs, Packers

were favorites for AFC East in most lines..

You already had everyone's respect last year and lost it. After a great start, you guys were favored by so called odds makers. To say you are favored to win the AFC is fair enough, but the SB? NO.

Bucs!!!

That is not correct.

Hank G reported that the line at Caesars had the Dolphins as favorites to win the Super Bowl.

I heard him say this several times so there is no mistake.

Sorry, wrong!

Vegas odds are a crock. All they reflect is what the betting public is throwing their money away on. Ever been to a casino or Calder race track lately? Are THOSE the kind of people you want to go to for expert advice?
