To be more accurate I think there is no chance Clabo will play unless we suffer catastrophic injuries, there is no way he can be trusted to give a full effort after the way this unfolded (not that his full effort was any good anyway).

Of course Martin's going to play. It's Clabo that will be sitting down. Martin will simply move to the right side where he should have been all along. He's a professional, he can handle that.

I wouldn't put it at 100% but I think Miami definitely wants him to play unless he shows to be completely unreliable in practice this week.

Whoops, meant Clabo.

I would not start him. It is a mistake. Too early. In fact I would wait until after the Bengals game. McKinnie is limited at this point and not getting full reps. He cannot start., but 100% he will.

Not up to speed McKinnie & Martin > Clabo & Martin

I put it at more then 50% less then 75%....I don't know if he is fully up to speed and if his knee is ok....with that said, I think a clueless, injured Mckinnie is still an upgrade over Clabo.

I agree but seeing as the next two games are huge I look for McKinnie to be rushed into the line up and probably injured. Personally I would target the Bengals game as his first start. Their line is going to just dominate our OL.

The mistake here was in not trading for McKinnie just after the Ravens game, when he would've had two weeks to learn the system and perhaps could've started against Buffalo.

they got him here on monday he's been an active participant in the ravens practices and even started 2 weeks ago...not been sitting out during the week elsewhere...i'd say odds are damn good he starts at left tackle sunday

and given he hasn't missed time and isn't workiing off rust i'd do it...start mckinnie

but tannehill must climb the pocket cause mckinnie wants to run the pass rushers wide to the outside...step up
to the inside with this left tackle

Uh, that might be a problem. :)

uh...not if the tackles stop getting beat to the inside shoulder so much...these tackles thru 6 weeks have been getting bench pressed back to the qb and giving up the inside shoulder for the pass rushers so that when tannehill has been stepping up he walks right into the sack...

there's not so much beaten around the outside as there is beaten to the inside with power and after compressing the pocket disengaging with the inside arm...

mckinnie if what i saw holds form should help with that...he will still get beat but it won't be just pile driven into a collapsing pocket over and over

Nothing is sadder then watching your tackles be used to sack the QB....

martin better play better on the right side...he's gonna get more tight end help and help in general...i don't want any bs excuses for it either...this player should be ascending...no he's not a great left tackle fit but if he blows on the right side this year time to think 2 starting tackles needed this offseason

he better not get beat over and over to the inside when he has outside help...that ****s not acceptable
