I don't want to beat a dead horse but I was over at my friend's house last night and he had a site up which he pointed out to me. It breaks down every team's playoff odds and what their odds are of making the playoffs given their record in the last 5 weeks.

For instance, Miaim's odds of making the playoffs if they go 5-0 is 99.9%, 4-1 81%.

It's just something interesting I thought I'd share.

Very interesting, thanks for posting that. 22%, thats better than before the season when they were 180-1 to win the Super Bowl.
 
I'm not even sure how he comes up with the odds. Just a little reassurance for those who look for some. I know how pointless "Expert picks" are yet I'm someone who looks at them week after week. It's a sort of reassurance.
 
Save your money and buy a tree! Don't bet on the Fins going anywhere this season.
 
81% to make playoffs if we lose one more game. How many of us would have expected that at the beginning of the season?

I would think it matters which game they lose
