Leonard Weaver--Only 26 - Can Block, Catch , and Run very well.
Mike Karney-28 -Great Run Blocker but no Offense at all.

WR
Ronald Curry-30-Back to back 700yard seasons. Could be our answer in the Wildcat if we dont take White. Played QB at UNC so he would be a threat of running or throwing from the wildcat. I like him with deep threat ability and he doesnt care to go over the middle. Would be a good low price stop gap with Bess and Ginn.

Marvin Harrison-37--I wish this was 4-5 years ago and he was ava. He could have some left in the tank but is he worth the risk.

Lance Moore-RFA-26-It would cost a 2nd round pick to get him but I think he could be worth it. I would much rather spend a 2nd round pick on Moore than Miles Austin or a WR in the draft. I highly doubt Nicks , Britt, Bey fall to us in the 2nd round. In 2008 Moore had 79 rec, 928 yards, 10 TD.

OT
Mark Tauscher, Marvel Smith purely for depth purposes. If the price is right.

Harvey Dahl -RFA-28- It would take a 2nd round pick to land him. He made Mike Turner job alot easier last year. With Long,Dahl,Grove,Smiley, Carey we would have a very very good line. None of us really know if Thomas is the real deal or not. Can Satele play Guard? Berger is nor a starter.Period. Ndukwe, McChesney should never be in the game. If we dont pick up another G per FA I think we take Duke Robinson in the 1st or Herman Johnson in the 3rd.It would be nice to not have to worry who we plug in when Smiley goes down again.

Trai Essex,Pork Chop Womack, Mike Goff.-Any of these guys would give us decent depth.

DE
Kalimba Edwards, Bertrand Berry, and Paul Spicer as situational pass rushers. Edwards should be good for around 5-6 sacks. Which is what the Roth had last year. Which was also 2nd on the team . Thats not good when the 2nd leader in sacks only has 5.

DT
Gabe Watson-26-Would take a 2nd. But I guess hes worth it. I see alot of guys on here praising him. I havent seen much of him but hes young and has great size. Would you rather have him or Ron Brace.

OLB
Cato June-29-Still has a few years left. Im not sure if he can play in the 3-4 or not . What do you think.

Angelo Crowell-28-Was injured last year but has been very productive in his career. We might be able to get him on the cheap since he doesnt have alot of takers.

ILB
Mike Peterson-33- Could come in and play for a couple of years and can still be productive.
Kevin Burnett-Some think he will play here and I have seen several people on here asking for us to sign him. Once again dont know much about him.

CB
Leigh Bodden-I cant say anymore than I already have. I cant believe we didnt sign him on day 1 of FA. We seriously need to talk to his agent and see if we can get him in here. With Allen and Bodden playing CB and Wilson and Bell at S we will have a formidable Secondary . If not one of the best. Bodden had a terrible year but who didnt in Detroit. Plus he was a bad fit fof the system. He is a very good cover corner. Bodden is worth 5-7 mil a year. Goodman got 5 Mil a year, Greer got 5, Bell got 5, Foxworth and Bartell got 7, Joselio Hansen got 4, Hall got 9, If you look at those paydays Bodden deserves at least 6.

Bryant McFadden-Once again why havent we talked to this guy .Refer to above. He is worth 5 million a year if not 6.

Tramon Williams-Packers-26-2nd round tender. Came in and played great for the Cheese. Young player with tons of potential.

I personally like Bodden,McFadden, Dahl, Watson, Moore the best. I think I would take them in that order. If we could only bring in 2 I would take Bodden and Dahl maybe Watson since he is so young and is proto 3-4 nose size. I dont need to be bashed and I understand there are tons of sign this guy thread I was just curious to see if any of you think a couple of these guys could improve our team.

harrison would be a great mentor for our young receivers if he would sign because he wants to play and not for the money.

So would Jerry Rice, Chris Carter, and the Marks brothers, but theyre wearing diapers nowadays...

never.....wouldnt sacrifice his possible production to mess up the locker room completely
What I really hope is that Camarillo comes back healthy, Bess continues to improve in his second year, Sparano sets Ginn loose, and the Trifecta draft a gem within our 1st 3 picks (Nicks, Robiskie, or Barden)
With the Seahawks getting Houshmymotha, and Crabtree possibly falling a few spots, maybe, hopefully, Maclin might make it, who knows, nobody predicted all WRs falling out of the 1st last year...

Ginn has great speed, and would be a good deep threat if Pennington had an elite arm. He developed better as a route runner last season, I think it would be a mistake to let him go now. Camarillo and bess are good posession Receivers, but I would like to seem some more speed.

Not let Ginn go, set him loose, let him receive more PR and KRs, get another respectable threat opposite him to get the safeties off his back...and Pennington has the arm, he made more long throws than Favre last season...all he needs is an improved line, more time to choose his target
