i would take rob ryan. the guy would bring lots of fire to our team, he would not stand for this **** of settling for field goals, lack of fire from our players, this defense, etc.

all i need to know about the guy and his determination to win is after last weeks loss to the jets, his reaction on the field was priceless if anyone saw it. the guy wants to win, and would do everything necessary to win.
 
I wouldlook at he guy who developed and is working with Aarin Rogers as his QB coach. Or the guy woring in Philly as a QB coach.
 
I think Cower is the best option of those listed, but I wonder who else might be available by then?

so your saying you can garante that rob is a real head coach ? and that he could handel being a true head coach ? because i know Cowher Gruden and Fisher can be . because like i said i would hate to have to go through rebuilding and they turn out to be just a very good oc .
 
I want Cowher but I don't mind Ryan, we should have hired his brother back in 2008.
 
Gruden sucks, Tony Dungy built that Tampa Bay Super Bowl team. Gruden never could find a QB for Tampa, when he left they finally drafted one in the first round and now Tampa is on the rise AFTER Gruden left.

Cowher wouldnt be bad but it took him forever to realize he needed a QB and when he finally drafted one in the first round, he finally got a ring. So both of those guys worry cause they arent very good with QB's and thats what we've been missing since marino.

All the other guys have been head coaches else where, Nolan sucked in San Fran, Martz doesnt know anything abt defense, so ill go with Rob Ryan, he could be a good head coach. I also wouldnt mind Jeff Fisher

I'd be more worried about all the bare feet he'd see on South Beech, but if he wins us football games, I don't care how much food(or feet) he eats.

i cant guarantee anything, but hes a guy i would give a shot.

i just like rob ryans style, i feel he would get the most out of his players, he would not put up with this crap that we are seeing now, etc. i cant guarantee anything, hes just a guy i would take a gamble on.

also, why would we have to go through another rebuilding phase if we signed him?
