Do you think Nick will be very aggresive in the pre draft free agency period? I really hope so, so that we will be set with a QB and many other postions adressed. You dont wanna wait till late in the F/A period or else we could end up with Gus at QB again. :shakeno:
 
I feel like Gus will be our starting QB again next year. I felt this way before the winning streak and I'm more sure of it now. IMO

I have the same feelings, if we would have had a middle of the pack QB, we would be division champs right now
 
Some golf, travel a bit, read a book - then prepare for the NFL Draft.
 
I think it would be nice to bring in a young vet OL and D player. Other than that if we can't get Rivers in a trade the rest will come through the draft.
 
Gus didnt do a bad job...I wouldnt mind having him as the starter next year
 
If the Dolphins cannot get a top tier QB or top tier QB prospect, it is better to build up the rest of the team with our draft picks and free agency options. Gus is good enough to lead this team deep into the playoffs IF (and only if) the rest of the team lacks holes. Thus, fill those holes first.
 
maybe we can sign a DB who can defend the pass...who wont get burned....maybe someone who can pick off a few passes.....anything...please.

This team has more holes than just a QB. Trent Dilfer won a SB with Baltimore and he is almost exactly like Gus. Cleveland is doing it right with Trent and Charlie and I really think that is the road we're going to take with Gus and a draft pick next year.
 
We will draft a rookie QB, get younger on Defense and adress any other issues, well thats what I would do.
 
i'd say pick up another CB as a free agent thats cheap and maybe try to get some O-line help and if we can, get another WR. Then draft a Jay Cutler or Hackney.

I don't believe so. He'll continue to look for bargains as short term fixes but he will get the building blocks he needs thru the draft.

Do you watch any games? He is ranked 30th in QB rating. Geez. We would be 12-4 with a decent QB.
