The 1st thing Miami needs to tweak is the color scheme. They need to go back to the darker shade of Aqua sported on MNF v the Giants. Readding Dark Blue would not hurt either. Darker colors lead to more aggressive behavior. The shade of orange on the helmet from 1997 to 2012 is ideal.

Coming out looking like Sonny Crockett doesn't do the team any favors IMO.

Second is the logo. The current one (sans helmet) is decent, but, its too fluid. Its reminds me of a Pepsi can. The previous jumping Dolphins look too fixed & unnatural.

Tweaking the current one so its a bit more linear something resembling an arrow in flight or Dolphin knifing thru the water at top speed would be an upgrade. It would comes across as straightforward & edgier.

Thoughts?

When we heard we were getting a uniform redesign two years ago, I wanted throwbacks. I still want throwbacks.

But we aren't bad because of the uniforms. We're bad because we're bad.

None of this actually matters

The first thing Miami needs to do off the field is learn to draft

The ~current~ fish looks like a minnow being squashed by an invisible boot.

And that's about how they've played, like squished fish.

Someone actually got paid to come up with that logo...

I want the throwbacks from the MNF game. That isn't ever going to happen because it would make too much sense. So now we're going to be stuck with what some lunatics have called a Sea World logo or something on a box of toothpaste.

Dolphins purgatory at its finest.

Love the new jerseys and especially the shade of Aqua. Was tired of the puke green and Disney-fied logo. Our color scheme and logo is not going to affect the on field performance of this team. If Miami could start winning people would love the new jerseys. Case in point, Seattles reebok reject running shoes color scheme. But they win, so people love their bizarre colors and jersey design.

We can't change the design. It's locked in for years. Move on.

Darker colors lead to more aggressive behavior?

Another off the field suggestion: set Steven Ross' private jet guidance system for the Moon. Disable manual override.

How you look and feel about it does matter. You can be the smartest guy in the room but if you like Krusty the Clown in a board meeting at a Fortune 500; what good does it do?

Case in point; 1) The Big Bang Theory episode where Penny takes Sheldon shopping & 2) In my job, Part of why I can't take Ups seriously is because they look like a dookie.

I would much rather have a winning team..... After that we can worry about uniforms.

They need to call themselves the sharks. Dolphins are too gentle. Opponents would fear sharks and cause an automatic competitive advantage before the game began
