If you had a chance to make a few draft selections that could raise Miami's defense from poor to average/lower level of good or a chance to use those same picks to make Miami's offense great/top four or five in the league which would you prefer? I know a lot of people what to focus on the defense, but at this point the odds of going from poor to great on that side of the ball is slim. We're likely looking at more of a goal of just being respectableon defense. If that's the case does hitting on two or three defensive draft picks really change things that much. I'm sure they would help but I wonder if they solve what has ailed that unit.

Defense. All day every day. No one makes significant noise in the playoffs without a respectable defensive unit.

Defense. Wins. Championships.

Are you kidding me, our D couldn't get off the field down the stretch. Defense all day long and twice on Sunday.

linebacker, linebacker, linebacker, then DE. Guard in FA

Absolutely DEFENSE.

We are in desperate NEED of LB's.

Actually getting off the frigging field will provide more offensive possessions/game ... That alone will make our O more effective.

Defense without a question. See our last two games. We need to be able to perform better against dangerous offensive teams or we have to hope we can win a shoot out. A good defensive unit will help us later in the year.

We need to draft a special teams player with our first 3 picks. I'd take a slow guy for the gun with our first pick, then a punter and then a kicker. Then after that draft a LB that can be a 3rd stringer but start him.

Ozzy rules!!

There is no logical argument against defense...

If every draft pick this year was on the defense, I'd not complain. We can't expect to get back to the playoffs...let alone get deeper without a talent upgrade on d.

The offense needs tweaks on the line. Another quality TE would be nice. The d needs a stating caliber de or 2, another DT for the rotation, 2 starting lbs, a nickel CB, and I'd Like to see a FS with better range...definitely depth at safety

Defense. Defense. Defense. Linebackers, Defensive Ends, Safeties, Cornerbacks...
Unsure how many Draft picks we have. If it's 7 picks, then I'd pick at least 4, maybe 5 Defensive players.

Every position on defense could be upgraded. Take the best defensive player available at our pick

How is this even a legitimate question?
