All.... the play calling on offense today was maybe one of the most pathetic attempts I’ve ever seen. Tua didn’t ever have a chance to shine or get in rhythm at any point. The one drive he has going, they put freaking perry in. I hope gaily get his head out of his *** next week, Tua was on point when he did throw.

I wasn't thrilled with it but of course we won and I expect the play calling to get better. I thought that if Tua kept the ball instead of handing it off a few times it would have gained some but I don't think they wanted that. Generic but I think that was intended.

I wasnt thrilled with the selections made, especially the wild cat stuff. I think the combination of having a big lead, and a rookie QB made them go that route though.

Agreed it was pathetic.

I call a better game on madden.

We need more talent surrounding Tua though. Hopefully that will be fixed this offseason.

Maybe Gailey is having a case of the Fitzpatricks...ie good play calling one game and than not so good the next game. Or maybe they decided with a rookie QB going against a top 5 defense it was best to....

All in all he called the right game for the most part minus the gadget plays. Chan has not seen Tua in real life action yet and had to protect him for the most part. Guys, they came fast at Tua and we have slow WRs and a terrible ground attack. Chan will adapt from here. I think too much is made of this, do you guys realize there are ebbs and flows of the season especially with new personnel at QB

Today's play calling was reminiscent of Gase with Tannehill years. Painful memories.

Definitely not favorable to your young QB in his first start.

Remember what you said about Chan 2 weeks in... then remember what happened next.

The old bugger saw what he was dealing with, and adapted to what he had.

He'll do that again. He always has.

Already hear that as an unending echo for like

...how many years!

"Excuses!"

:bobdole:

Wtf are you talking about. It’s not excuses it’s facts. You’ve probably heard it for many years because we’ve sucked for many years.

What happened on offense I think most people expected. The Rams D-line, especially Aaron Donald, was dominant and Tua had pressure up the middle in his face when he stood in the pocket. With the way the D and special teams gave such a big lead, you cannot blame the play calling given the circumstances.
