RealScouts, Sporting News' team of former NFL scouts, rank their top 20 offensive coordinators:

Six of the top 10 have worked for the Dolphins in some offensive capacity during this decade.

Yes, six.

One was the head coach here.

None produced a top-10 offense for the Dolphins.

Dan Henning is revered here for the work he did last season. Cam Cameron and Mike Mularkey were reviled. Jason Garrett wasn't in the same role that he's in now. Scott Linehan and Chan Gailey (who did a lot with a little) were part of plus-.500 teams here. But Gailey essentially quit on the team before the playoff loss to Baltimore, after he'd taken the job at Georgia Tech.

Cameron is a very good OC but a terrible HC

Jason Garrett is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY over rated. But not terrible.

Chan Gailey is terrible.
