The OL allowed a big fat ZERO sacks today. On top of that they allowed RB to run free.

One several of the long runs by RB I saw OLmen pushing to their second and thrid block.

What was really nice was the fact that we went for the throat (TD) after a Turnover in the 4th QTR. Thats what winning teams do and it was nice to dish it out this time.

i agree that the o-line played well however i still do not agree with mularkey and his play calling...you say he went for the throat but before the half we ran on third down and settled for the field goal inside the 20 yard line as if we are use to being in that field postition, i dont call that going for the throat...nevertheless it was a great victory and i am happy JT had his 10tth sack great win

I still wasn't happy with alot of Mularkey's playcalling. Early in the game he was calling for way too many WR screens and they started jumping on them and alot of the passes he calls are like two yard passes which dont accomplish anything on 3rd and 8. This game was still awesome and they ran the ball great. GO DOLPHINS!

i'll agree too much of a good thing(the screen passes) will destroy a teams momentum .. how ever if we can catch them biting on one of those and fake it deep it'll also establish dominance

and does anyone doubt RONNIE BROWN right now putting up what like 159 on one of the toughest Ds in the league based on analysts and stats .. i'm set with believing he's the real deal .. good to see him break out and going to be better to see him with RICKY if we don't use him to trade for an upgrade at OL

IMO Mularkey still called too many passes today, with a lead the entire second half. Everytime Joey has the ball he is turnover prone.
Take a look at the Cheifs who had a lead early in the second half. Pass 15 times. Ran 30. I want their OC, even if its not Saunders anymore.
That's exactly why Huard has 1 Int in 7 games and Harrington has 7 ints in 4 games.

IMO Mularkey still called too many passes today,10 more passes then runs with a lead the entire second half. Everytime Joey has the ball he is turnover prone.

with a lead it is always a safe bet to be conservative and go for the win .. but with how much we've dug ourselves into a hole taking a loss this game wouldn't have meant that much .. so why not go for the throat and get the timing between the WR and QBs down a little better .. and if it worked then we know how to game plan for next week .. when it pertains to this season i don't mind the imbalance until we find our niche but if it carries into next season and our play calling becomes predictable then i have an issue

Well I think Mularkey did much better. Wish we had a quality QB.

We do, he's hurt. You just wait and see when he gets back and 100%. Seriously, just wait.

I want to see Pep with this line that was out there today.

To be Honest I dont want him back, UNTIL our OL can protect him.

Unfortunately the correct number is 9 INTS in 4 games.

I think we did great on the oline and ronnie needs to buy them dinner or some bling cause e had open holes left and right

I was going to start a thread about the O-Line, but I'll just post in this one. The O-Line was great today! They should also get a lot of credit for the success of Ronnie Brown today. Mularky got into a pretty good rythem with the play calling. Good day for both overall.

Mike Mularkey needs to balance his playcalling. He's becoming too "pass-happy", hence his unsuccesfulness in Buffalo.

Dom Capers is doing well with the D.
