Look. There is a problem with O line. We all saw it in the preseason. It looked as though the second team O line in the preseason played better than the first line. I dont know if its coaching or these guys are not as good as we think. However, we all know it starts up front. When I look at other games there is a nastiness with a good offensive line. They aren't there yet.

we have so much money invested in these guys yet they are playing like s**t!!!

yeah simply can not defend the online one bit they recieve a big fat F from me....jake long was owned and embarrased on some plays by abraham

Jake Long makes an insane amount of money -- especially with that killer accelerated clause that kicked in w. his ProBowl visit... I will say this: NO OL-man making that amount of money should have a game like he had today. It was embarrassing. And game-changing.

It's starkly clear that unless Jake is blocking downhill [runs, wildcat, etc.] he's surprisingly vulnerable to DL with combo speed and power.

So this brings up a huge question: Did last year's Wildcat cover up not only Penny's weaknesses, but Long's as well? Does Long owe his ProBowl season to a formation that masked his weakness in pass protection against decent speed+power guys?

Hmmm....

I don't agree. How can you say Long played so well last year because of the wild cat? How many plays was the wild cat used all last year? For some reason they think they need to change the way Long plays. I say let him block the way he has always blocked. It only made him the best LT in the nation and got him to the pro bowl last year.

Are you even a Dolphins supporter? There's nothing but pure negativity in each and every post of yours.

What was to be happy about yesterday ? Blind support is not what a message board like this is all about. We all love the Dolphins, but critisizm is what these boards are for.
