Say our only big signing on offense is LG Dielman. The Dolphins then dedicate their first two rounds to offense. Which senario would you dolfans prefer?

Brown at LT in the 1st, Sidney Rice in the 2nd. (assuming Quinn won't last until 9, and my 2nd rounder would be the same even with Quinn)

I didn't say Bowe, because I think he is a lock for top 25. Rice's stock is rangy at this point.

Quinn with the first, BPA, LT or WO with the second.

Tedd Ginn and ryan kalil

Levi Brown LT
Ryan Kalil C or Ben Grubbs G if Kalil taken (I cant see Kalil getting past Cleveland)
Trent Edwards 3rd round (Stanton will be gone)

hmmm...

You may have a point there. I didn't think that there was a chance the the Browns would look for a center that high in the draft ... but, apparantly Bentley is expected to miss 2007 as well.

Do you think that they are going to give up on him after paying him top $$$ and not actually see him play in a meaningful game?

1. Bentley's career could very well be over, so if Kalil is the most valuable pick to thier team, then yes, they should take him.

2- Bentley can easily shift over to guard and possibly be an all-pro at that position.

So not only would the browns be getting insurance should Bentley not return, they are strengthening thier OL, which is a major need. The pick certainly makes sense.

levi brown in the first

stanton will probably be gone in the second. so will kalil, so that leaves staley or the best WR available.
