I agree.. The only big problem im seeing this year is in the DB's
As far as Offense goes I think were all set as long as you give Feeley time to throw the ball he isnt a bad QB. I mean look at the last couple games last year he played Pritty good. I think he will win the job over Gus.
P.S. Feeley if ur reading this Your GIRL Is HOT !

You're about to get ho-slapped by a mod with that avatar. (but I like it.)

Nice post but change that avatar quick.

The O has a lot of weapons at it's disposal, but the OL is the key weapon in all this, if it can improve to middle of the pack, we could have a good year. If AJ, if he starts, has time, I think our WR's could be the difference in a avg season, making it a good season, I think greatness, like top 10 is a year away. Once everyone knows the O, then I think it can go up a notch.

Well, the real important terms here "if" and "could".

We could have a dominant offense if RW returns to his 2003 form.
We could have a dominant offense if Boston plays to his potential, stays healthy and off the 'roids.
We could have a dominant offense if AJ grasps the new offense and shows that he was somewhat worth the 2nd round pick we traded for him.
We could have a dominant offense if HH works his magic on the OL and they actually perform like an NFL OL is supposed to.
We could have a dominant offense if Brown is all he is touted to be.
We could have a dominant offense if Randy McMike can get things squared away with his wife and anger management.
We could have a dominant offense if Carey can grasp and hold on to the LT position and protect AJ.
We could have a dominant offense if all to O players can grasp their new assignments and what Linehan is trying to do on offense.

I am optimistic too, but it seems as though several of these "coulds and ifs" need to come together...maybe not all of them, but most of them have to gel in order for Linehan to really have the free hand to call the plays to keep the defenses off guard. I think the biggest if that people aren't talking too much about is whether Boston can be anything like we all imagine him to be. That one thing, to me, would go a long way towards improving the offense. The obvious other item that MUST improve is the overall play of the OL. But, I am excited for TC to begin to see if these things are going to come about...

i agree it is a story of if's. but what team isnt? thats why i said "if" everything comes together we have the weapons to be one of the best offenses in the league. i never said we will be. its the fact that we have the potential to be,and i dont think anyone can argue that.

I'm not so sure we have a QB that WILL make all the throws...though I know Frerotte and Feeley probably CAN make all the throws.

i think our WR core is really gonna do good as a unit and really surprise... i can see one of those group interviews on ESPN with booker, boston and chambers where berman gives them a nickname like the BCB and they ask those dumb questions like are they friends off the field, and which one is the biggest jokester.... thatd be nice...

good point.

i was refering more to Feeley making all the throws. but u make a good point. but i thought the difference between a pressured Feeley and a protected Feeley last year was dramatic. thats Feeleys biggest concern is being smart under pressure.

The talent is definitley there on WR corps/Te to be a top ranked offense, plus Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams. You say a lot of teams could be tops if this and that happened, but you have to have the talent first which Miami definitley has. This offense will go as far as Feeley/ Frerotte and the o-line takes them.
