Most of the teams that are mediocre yearly… stay mediocre yearly. Most of the the teams that are good… stay good yearly.

Theirs a reason KC/Baltimore/Philly/GB stay good year after year. Bc they constantly use their premium picks on the trenches on both sides of the ball.

That’s how you win in football. You don’t build a football team from the outside in. You build it from the inside out. Yeah those backs and receivers are sexy picks and they’re fun and flashy…. Until you get matched up with teams that get physical with you.

The way this team was built from the start was tragically flawed.

Again… teams like KC/Philly/Baltimore/GB stay good year after year bc they draft the trenches with premium picks and they do it year after year even if those positions were good the year before.

You stack the trenches. If you can protect your QB AND be able to pressure the opposing QB… you’re going to win a lot of football games at any level.

Reset, sell the team (pipe dream I know), new GM with quantitative experience in a proven organization (Pitt, SF, Philly, Balt), trade everything you can for picks, and for GOD'S SAKE...FIX THE ****ING UNIFORMS!
