I’m trying not to be angry but this is on Grier not drafting interior OL which was there for the picking. The moment we upgrade Grier this team will excel.

You have to replace McDaniel too, because he was fine with the o-linemen Grier gave him. He didn't even care last year that they had no Center on the roster, and when Williams got hurt, he used Eichenberg, his worst lineman.

McDaniels doesn't have pull like Flo did. Flo would do an Oklahoma just to shut a player up. If his team feels he won't survive the rain, their gonna quit on McDaniel anyway.....

Which, is why I wanted to keep Flo VS hiring McDaniel. Or at least gave Dan Campbell a year to prove himself. Both mens teams RARELY got beat like McDaniels loses.

It’s the first time I say this… but tua is toast

so take the hit with the $ and go for qb anyway? Might as well, can't wait 4 years with wrs miami has to wait. But for this to matter they have to drop grier. Miami will always be limited with a bad or below average o line which grier has shown to not work on or likes to get mostly injury prone players and why we have this issue
