***Official Dolphins @ Falcons Game Thread*** Preseason Week 1

You know how some guys just look like they belong on a football field and some dont? How some fit a position and some dont?

Livas = belongs
Henne = doesn't belong
 
I've got to admit, the coverage on special teams is better. That 10 yard rule was a godsend for us.
 
I keep saying the Fins are going to keep seven receivers. Tonight just proves my hypothesis.

You call it needy we call it reality. Trust me people drunk on aquaberry Kool-Aid are just as annoying! Your frustration shouldnt be at other fans it should be at the clowns running the circus!
 
What I have seen so far:

*Henne seems more comfortable in the pocket, he also scrambled which baffled me. Fasano obviously to blame on the first INT, perfectly placed pass. Great touch on the long bomb to Hartline

*Running game needs work, no holes opening up, good things its week 1 of preseason, missing Jake Long, hope he gets healthy soon

*Defense is playing better as the game progressed, team went down 17-0 and showing some fight in getting some turnovers, Jimmy Smith is going to be a player on this defense, bye Will Allen.

*I am not jumping on the Matt Moore bandwagon. Henne is the starter. He had a nice pass to Edmund Gates (hello slot receiver)

I am seeing quite a vanilla scheme tonight from both sides of the ball but they are playing well. If very little of both sides of the playbook are being used, I can't wait till they open it up more later in the weeks. Should be a good finish tonight and can build on this game for next week.
