I hate to be a troll and say this crap but my god only a complete f'in retard would illegally touch a live football that potentially would make it a very long field goal. I could put my fist through my tv. I don't know why year after year we continue to just be a team of mediocrity. I honestly would be all for Philbin benching Vernon ( I think he was the culprit) after this game and making him a second team player until he can prove he isn't a complete idiot.

This franchise is a complete joke. I had a strange gut feeling that Philbin wouldn't make any sufficient half time adjustments to counter anything NE was going to do. This is Philbin's M.O. He absolutely sucks at adjustments.

The NFL is a bunch of BS, worst call/rule or whatever you want to call it. What happens if a guy is going for the ball and it moves forward? If it is 10 years from the spot where the ball was recovered than fin but to basically take away the fumble and give the other team 10 yards is a load of crap.
