If that were Tannehill everyone would be up in arms about receivers not catching 2 (or more) balls that hit there hands.

Wallace has the physical tools, but he's had enough time to show he's got it. He just doesn't from a consistency standpoint. I'm thinking Phins may prefer Fuller to fill the role of the big wideout, though he's a bit slower than Wallace, at least on 40 time.
