Official: Feeley sucks.

I thought Sage was the least impressive QB out there tonight.

I like the way he steps up in the pocket! I like the way he runs the offense. You could flip flop Berlin and Sage tonight, but they were both clearly better then AJ.

I now this is only the first preseason game guys and it IS August but still, I didn't see one shade of improvement (IN AJ) from last year.

Gus first possession was against the Beasr 1st string. Urlacher and Brown were still out there and I think Tillman was too. I was at the game and Feeley looked lost and had no command over the offense. Gus, Sage, and Brock were much more decisive and commanding out there. Hopefully AJ will get more comfortable and we can have a competition out there. The one thing tat just bothers me is his inablilty to deliver the ball in the face of pressure. All the other QB's did that tonight and he didn't do that tonight nor last season. Seems to be a common theme for him and that worries me.

It was not his success that made him look better than Feeley, it was how he handled himself in the game. It just looks like he is a pro, and Feeley is Chad Hutchinson or something...some college hack out there running around winging it.

its clear that finfans are in preseason form. Feeley sucked? He had the nicest passes out of any of the QBs against a first string defense. That pass to Derrius was the pass of the game from any QB (if it had been the Patriots Derrius would have caught it) Its pretty clear every QB had his moments and that should be a positive for all of us. Anyone who thinks any of the QBs won hands down is a moron. If you want to gripe the Oline looked weak against first string (they better get better vs Jacksonville) The Dline and secondary have to get better. We should be happy with how all four QBs looked today

Seriously though.. Feeley looks like a skinny immobile rock in the pocket. He locks down on his recievers and doesn't check down often enough..

Memo to AJ Feeley: STEP UP IN THE POCKET. You can try a sidestep or two if you want to be brave.

Random thought of the day: AJ Feeley needs an cement butt implant and hightops.

He did step up in the pocket. Unfortunitely he stepped right into Brian Urlacher coming through untouched at full speed. Still, I'm not worrying about the o-line, they're a work in progress and are in good hands with Houck. Also Hadnot has only been playing center for about a week and Jeno James was still shaking off the rust from missing over a week of practice.

I must was watching a different game, I dont understand why you guys keep saying that Feeley suck. He was in the field for very short time, he made very nice passes, no INT, Thomson he did miss a catch all by himself, the OL is not the best in the league.....where is the problem? Frerotte play better? sure he did, he did play longer and he knows the system better, but all this doesnt make Feeley a bad QB.

Apparently some fans had a little too much beer!! Good posting folks, Feeley plays one half of of the first Qrt of the very first preseason game, and some of you conclude he sucks. Wow...... beer knowledge!!
