I just f***ing hate that we haven't even looked at guards or anyone else along the OL (mainly Wisniewski, Franklin too before) I guess the team (philbins decision??) is just set in stone on Dallas goddamn Thomas at guard.

Philbin's decisions could fit into a thimble at this point. I highly doubt we go into the season with Dallas Thomas at guard. Draft is still 6 weeks away.
 
This is tough call for Borland. He had an outstanding first year. His head trauma has nothing to do with his body type…though people I know will argue that. It would have to be the dumbest argument one could make.

I give the kid credit if the head trauma was of concern to him that it was vital to retire. Crazy though.
 
I think we have to be patient. It's inevitable that we will draft some inside line depth, but fans also forget that there will be more vets shakin loose after the draft and into training camp. This is likely why Hickebaum aren't putting up big money.

I am still in awe on this..... the kid was going to be so good. but hey, do what you feel is best!!!
