can't argue with this point at all, just think its funny that most of us arm chair gm's called these moves, because they are so obvious. just goes to show you how bad Ireland really is/was...

Most of us on this site could have done a better job than Ireland. That dude was god awful.

In reality, the players would say its on them to execute the plan. Its not all on Joe. There is a reason why these players get paid what they do. And when they whine and cry about the plan, then the players are at fault.

When you've got Dallas Thomas starting at OG, Koa Misi starting at MLB, Chris McCain probably starting at SLB, Michael Thomas at FS and a WR corp consisting of Kenny Still, Jarvis Landry, Rishard Matthews at Matt Hazel...Caleb Sturgis is way down the totem pole on uncomfortable positions and inconsistency.

I dont mind him starting at FS he was actually solid when he split with Delmas and he could be good there until Delmas comes back healthy if thats the plan i am not worried.

I am curious tho about the SLB wonder if they will surprise us all and put Jordan there I would be surprised to have McCain there he seems like a better Rusher.

Only guy who worries me of any of those is Dallas Thomas. Sturgis needs to be addressed early this season if he slumps again. I hope the FO have backup plans in mind
 
The only thing that makes me wary of this upcoming season is "queasy" Joe, I can only hope his coordinators grow some cojones and maximize the talent they will now have on both sides of the ball.......................

I think Sturgis never really got over that pulled groin. With the off season he should be better
