I've been there! Beautiful. My favorite large city in Italy is Florence, and I enjoyed the small San G??? (I'm not even going to attempt to spell it. It is the walled city.)

I have lived and been to most of Northern Italy....Verona, Milan, Venice....the Lake Como and Lake Garda area. I have not been to Rome or Florence. Did you see Michaelangelo's David?
