Harsh desicion and the czechs have a fre kick in a good area, Nedved takes, straight into Buffons hands
 
Brilliant turns in the box by Pirlo it falls to inzaghis head 7 yards out and wide it goes
 
Nedved again warms Buffons palms with a ranged effort
 
Inzaghi rounds cech and slots home, this one is on the book!!!
 
Brilliant through ball and great composure by Inzaghi who ran half the field and applied a clinical finish past the scrambling cech
 
Italy held up to their part of the deal and we didn't...2-0 Italy..
 
Just going through the motions here now, Ghana are going through, WOW. Czechs were never worth there 2nd place in the world rankings but shocked to see them exit and the US have been pretty disapointing too especially today, really flat perormance when they needed they're best
 
Final Whistle blows, Nedved is on 1 knee, must be hard for him big expectations and to crash out so early in his last major tournament, nothing more he could have done today
 
Inzaghi was not offside on the pevious play at about the 75 minute mark. A poor call

What was the Czech player doing on that second yellow. That was a terrible stupid undisciplined foul where they was no danger. Just a dumb dumb play that basically meant it was game over
