embarrisngly bad 2 minute defense

As I said, not impressed with Weaver’s defense. It is a new scheme, so there are some reasons. The offense is the one where it is drastically under performing

We take forever to drive 70 yards to get on the board.

Jax quickly gets right down the field for 3 and gets the ball to start the 2H.

I haven't seen anything encouraging. I mean literally not one aspect where I think we've been better than Jacksonville. It's really disgusting. It looks like a carryover from the end of last year.

This defense looks way more poorly coached than Fangio's or Boyer's did...this ain't just guys getting their butts kicked, its the fact that players that have usually been pretty good look like they've lost all field awareness that makes me concerned about the coaching.

It doesn't look like guys have forgotten how to cover- it looks like they don't understand at all who they are supposed to be covering.

This. It's the coaching that has been an issue on defense. They look lost. We can't blame the players if the DC is calling prevent defense.

Told me he’d be DROY.

Told me he’s be immediate impact.

Told me he wasn’t a tweener and starter out of the gate.

Haven’t heard the guys name called not once.

He’s a tweener and will get pushed around and engulfed by NFL OTs.

Youre expecting way too much for one half of his first game. You set yourself up for disappointment. Even if someone is all those things, you wont see their name every play.

O-Line has always been the elephant in the room. I will say though that the Jaguars are legit. Anybody expecting a gimme today was always going to disappointed. Let's hope HT talk gives our Offense a wake up call.

The Jags look ok. Nothing special. Their D has been very good today.
