Official Mia/Hou Joint Practice 1 Thread.

I understand where you’re coming from here.

There are others here who are not analyzing the situation. They‘re using practice interceptions as evidence that Tua sucks (according to them). It’s laughably ridiculous.

That’s not what I do I’m a concepts person and I totally understand what those qb reads are.

The guy threw 8 picks in 400 attempts last season - including 3 of them after he was concussed against the Packers.

And you’re worrying about a pick-6 on the last play of practice?

Joe Burrow started last season with 3 INTS, including a pick 6 and a fumble in the 1st half against the Steelers.

Pretty sure Bengals didn't panic.

I know I know. Burrow....Tua can't compare blah blah lol.

People act like Tua is the only 1 throwing INTS and or occasionally staring down a WR.

Atleast his are in practice lol

And again it’s camp but it’s probably the 6th time this year in camp where I’ve gotten sniffs/or just plain videos that back up the pre snap coverage reads and decisions with no post snap verification

3 pick sixes in joint practices vs the Texans and Falcons, both teams with below average defenses. People will say it’s just practice but this is Tua’s 4th year in the league and 2nd in the offense and the reports have suggested he’s regressing. Now the south Florida media sucks, I get that, but it’s still very concerning to hear he’s struggling regardless.
Actually reports have been pretty positive overall for Tua.
