You’re still only looking for “progress” in the 3rd year? Really? You look for progress the 1st year. Comfortability and some nice wins the 2nd year and the 3rd year is when it’s supposed to come together. Idc that we have a new staff and scheme and all that… It’s Tuas 3rd year. He should be a full fledged star by now capable of carrying and willing his team to victory in tough road games and he’s done it once that I can think of and that was his first year at Arizona and that’s before anybody had any real NFL tape on him.

You either get it or you don't, Flores created such a terrible offensive environment with his poor coaching staffs, his refusal to every let his offense just play football, his QB musical chairs and failure to every let his QB not be a play away from losing his job, and his offensive lines that featured almost entirely first and second year players, didn't get experience that he'll learn from in that time, that it's probably negative experience that will have to be unlearned.

Burrow/Herbert - these guys got to just play honest football from the get go without the shenanigans. Not the same for Tua.
