In my opinion it's all about revenue. The league makes a ton of money on a Mahomes v Hurts Superbowl or other flashy QBs. That's why they pump up guys like Allen and Herbert - their data guys say they sell more merch and ads than guys like Tua. So this multi bullion dollar corp absolutely must influence games. If they didn't they stand to lose a bunch of money by chance - which none of the owners really care for.

Just think about it - who would want to see Kenny Pickett vs Jacoby Brisset in the Superbowl
 
Holland and Long collided and injured each other. Not ideal...but we're still okay here.

Football is a rough. It's a sport full of violent collisions.

We're still going to win this game. Don't fret. Not yet. Lots of football left to play. We expected a hard hitting game!
 
The Holland, long collision notwithstanding, are we seeing glimpses of where we're going in the Fangio defense?

He's making chicken salad out of chicken sh|t so far out there tonight.
 
How can not investigate these refs for throwing this game? I want to know how much they have on this game.
