Official NFL Trade Deadline Thread

I wasn’t expecting us to make a trade and I'm ok with it. We can’t keep on trading away picks. We've only drafted 8 players in the last two draft and all we have to show for it so far is Achane.

Hoping Cam Smith will develop but again, we're way over the cap for 2024 and only have 6 picks with no 3rd or 4th so I'm fine that we punted on making any trades.

Agreed. I mean, don't get me wrong I was loving the idea of trying to get a Surtain.

But at the end of the day, I am OK that we didn't make a move.

There was no real need or a we have to get this guy out there. Maybe o line help but what was really out there besides ezra?

I believe only one OL guy was traded today......teams just don’t trade good OL guys away......even backups don’t get moved often cause every team needs them.]
[/QUEzra?

Exactly, it's easy to say we should get o line.

But nothing was really out there. Not much can be done unless Miami just wanted to overpay to make a move

So the Dolphins considered Fournette, Elliot, Dalvin Cook and a few other backs in the offseason. One goes to the Bills, one to the Patriots and the other to the Jets and still Miami's running game is the best in the division.
So true. We got Wilson back. Achane hopefully soon. That's a legit tri-weapon fest.
