Those reports about Raiders dysfunction should be another positive note as it pertains to our braintrust.

They work well as a group and all appear to stay in their lane all the way to ownership.

When Adan Gase told Stephen Ross to butt out of the war room, the hierarchy was established and Adam seized control of the vision/direction.

That's why when you clean house, you clean the whole house.

I'm a bit surprised Gruden put himself in that situation.
 
From California and went to my first Dolphin game in Miami last year. It was an awesome experience the only let down was we lost to the Raiders.
